Since joining up a few months back with work I have not had time to post anything. I have admired all the beautiful work displayed and there are so many talented people out there. I am a relative newcomer and have only beeen doing this for 4 years but have totally caught the addiction bug. I think I will have to live 20 lifetimes to achieve everything I now want to. I use a lot of NZ/Aussie prints in my quilts.Just recovering from a cataract operation and really amazed how much brighter all the colours are
First Picture is a quilt I made from a Hot Possum pattern for my nieces new son who was born in May this year.
2nd picture is done from a Quilt pattern from The Cloth Shop In NZ- truly representative of NZ and all pictures have that distinctive koru shape wich also appears on all the Air New Zealand planes.
Hope you enjoy and I will endeavour to post more pictures over time. Now I have to try and finish some Christmas gifts but fast running out of time.
Hope I have attached pictures successfully- my first go!!Jenny
