Thanks. I"m not sure of the peach ones, if they were Australian prints or not. and the side triangle fabric. but they went!
I was just happy to get these fabrics cut and used up. i got tired of moving them every time I wanted to use my sewing room. Some of the fabrics were from swaps, some purchased.

Very impressive quilt
What a lovely thing for your sister. Don't leave and pins on it.

That fabric really is cool... a very Aboriginal feel to it. I love it! I think your sister would love it, too... and maybe it would help her heal quicker!

One of my customer's has a son currently visiting Australia - should I call and have him bring fabric home?

What a great use of fabrics that you want to keep in large pieces or large print fabrics. It's such a "simple" (not meaning easy) design that it really highlights the fabrics. The small black sashing just sets the whole thing off even more. Can you tell I love this quilt? Really!

I like the layout you chose; I would not have thought of it. Hope your sis heals nicely and enjoys the quilt. If she doesn't like it, you can always send it to me! LOL
