Your batiks quilt is beautiful! The colors are so eye-catching, and your hand quilting is gorgeous.

And, I love your "hippie" quilt. keep up the good work, and thanks for sharing.

Not sure how you decided on the colors for the batik but they look so nice together. Did you get the patterns from the EQ7? I am trying to make one in the program that isn't too difficult. I have a few quilts to make before I would tackle something like that where the ends need to match perfectly. Thanks for sharing your pictures.

The pattern was adapted from a quilt I saw in one of the quilting magazines. The colors all came from my batik stash. It was really fun to make. Paper piecing is great for this type of pattern. Thanks for your comments.
