This is what I did on Sunday starting at 7 am and finished it at 7 pm including washing and drying it. A friend at work had her first baby in December 2010 after trying for many years and Brooke is a blessing. we became very close friends and she refers to me as "aunt" kathi to their baby Brooke. She is so precious. I gave her mom her quilt and her mom teared up, so I know this quilt will be loved and used. Thanks for looking! I decided to use quilter's dream batting. it's lightweight and so nice to work with and very little shrinkage about 1%.
