The pattern is called "Darcy" and it is a Schnibbles pattern. I got it from my local quilt shop. However, if you google it, you can probably get it most anywhere! :)

Absolutely gorgeous quilt! If you are really stuck, I have seen tons of Aviary charm packs on Ebay recently.
