Default Baby girl quilt

I love how this turned out! I'm pretty new to quilting and I'm a bit of a brute when it comes to ironing, cutting and piecing. Even though nothing was lining up, my points way off and if you had only seen the back of the quilt top but it turned out beautiful. I'm not perfect and letting go of trying to be has helped me enjoy quilting so much more. Sorry for the blurry picture, it's the only one that would upload.

That looks fine from here. Glad you are enjoying the ride. Some cute little one will think that is THE perfect quilt.

When you're perfectly imperfect such as myself then everything is perfect. I think your quilt is lovely. Only the good Lord know perfection.

I sure like what you've done, you have given me another idea of what to do with HST, thank you!
Whenever someone in one of my quilting groups is less than happy with their points or the seams lining up, I remind them that it will be no less warm and cuddly to a happy child!

It's your quilt -- there are no mistakes, just design choices. You get to do what you want.
I personally never have to try to include a 'humility' block...they just come naturally! LOL
