Never again. The test for the galloping horse is in effect for this one. The dark brown fabric is fake fur, the solid pink is satin and the other fabrics are flannel. I made every mistake possible. I cut 2 pieces too short. Had to piece 5 pieces of fabric back together, the satin was so crawley that I had to put interfacing on the back of it. The flannel was not cut straight in the kit, so when I straightened it, I had to piece the center panel too. Yikes! Glad it is finished. It is soft and cuddley for my soon-to-be granddaughter.

Sorry you had so much trouble with this one but the end result is fantastic. Aren't you glad you stuck with it.

If you don't tell, no one will know. It looks like you planned it well and it turned out to be a lovely quilt.

I love it. But, I don't particularly like working with that kind of fabric. I made a fake fur animal throw for the back of the couch. Like you said, it crawled all over the place.
