Here are a couple of pictures of a quilt I made for my niece's baby shower. It was my maiden run with my new Pfaff 1200 and frame, so my FMQ still needs work, but overall I like how it turned out. I quilted using a medium blue thread and I think I maybe should have used something a little lighter, the quilting seemed to hide the piece work (oh well, lesson learned)

Thanks, would you believe that the yellow stripes and polka dots and blue stripes and polka dots were in a grab bag from favorite fabrics and they matched up perfectly with the others I was using from my stash. I am usually not that lucky, since I usually have one or two fabrics I want to use and then can't make anything else work.
