Default A little Chantilly lace & other things

LD from Ca sent this in, she decided on Chantilly lace in the field with Cobblestone border inside along with "in the ditch" around the other border.

This quilt has a minke back with Hobbs 80/20 batting.

I hope you enjoy the pictures and it provides some ideas/inspiration.

I have always heard that Minky is so hard to work with, but your quilting is spectacular. Kudos for a good job to both of you, piecer and quilter.

Oh I do love it. My daughter will be happy to see how well the minky worked as the backing.

It's not that bad, just make sure not to pull it to tight, if you do you can distort the top when you un-pin everything.

Also if you need to pick any mistakes do it from the top, which is always my 2nd choice.
