Barb sent me this "double delight" quilt for LAQ> This is a Bonnie Hunter pattern...it was a mystery quilt.

    Isn't it beautiful?

Barb requested feathers, and Charisma Curls...I also added stipple....continuous curves and the fan petals in the side setting triangles.

Part of quilt planning is not only reading the quilt but understanding the vision of the quilt owner....anytime someone gives me a quilt and tells me what they like and dislike ..I take that into account and work from there. BArb is always a pleasure to work with...a fantastic piecer and gives me a lot of freedom for the quilt planning process. We have worked together before. IN the end...this turned out just beautiful!

I quilted everything freehand on my 26 INNOVA. I used Hobbs polydown batting.

    Thanks for looking.

WOW, you really did a great job C, as well as Barb on the quilt and color choices. Everything looks perfect together!

Love what you did in the medium cream squares and large pink setting triangles. Great quilt all around!
