Tartan: DH says he wants it hung straight and just below and between to very tiny windows. It will also be hung from the road side so everyone who drives by can enjoy it. ;-)

That is so fun. We have a big airplane hanger and my hubby said he'd put a block up if I did one. Are there how to directions somewhere? Or could you give me directions, such as type of paint and what did you paint it on? I'd appreciate your knowledge and can't wait to see a pic of it hanging.

I have never seen quilts on barns except in pictures. I think they are neat and if our barn faced the road I would be wanting to put one on it. I can just imagine what hubby would say about that.
