    I saw a quilt simular to this but it had about a 1000 pieces. I wanted to make one for my great nephew but didn't want to deal with all those pieces so I made one that was appliqued. This was about my 3rd attempt at FMQ.

    Thanks! It took some doing since it was my first applique & if you could see it closer, you might wonder at a few of my "techniques"...I probably made them up.
