I'm starting a new quilt. This one is for my oldest son and his wife. I'm calling it Beautiful Birds.
Today I fussy cut a bunch of squares for the quilt. I cut different sizes so I can do some different kinds of blocks.
It is going to be a large throw or small twin. LOL All that means is that I am not sure exactly what size it is going to end up being.
I know that I want to do some churn dash as I love them around fussy cut squares. I'll figure the rest out as I go.
So anyone who wants to follow along, mark this and I'll keep everyone posted.
Hugs and smiles and happy quilting all!

some smaller squares, there has to be one kitty square for their very special furbaby

I made a Bird Quilt for my Mom, but I embroidered her birds. It turned out pretty neat
