with quilts for gifts, first small quilt for baby shower for my soon to be born first great grandchild, 2nd one in same colors but different fabrics for first baby of a friend and 3rd is the belated engagement gift for one of my granddaughers. Engagement quilt is way late, they were engaged in 2009, married Sept. 2010 and expecting their first baby (my 1st great grandchild) at the end of August or beginning of Sept. Works out very nicely as they are moving into their first home soon and with extra bedrooms the quilt comes in handy for their guest room.

Taking a breather before beginning next project, twin size quilt for DGD who begins college in Fall. She loves orange so I'm challenged finding suitable fabrics. Have to hurry as her Grad Party is in 2 weeks. May in Jersey
