Love both quilts looks like your on your way to being a awesome quilter. For someone who is a beginner, you work is beautiful, keep up the great work.

Karenmay, those are very lovely! I really like them both! I bet you are so proud of those, especially being your first works. I can't imagine what wonderful work you will do with more experience, since those look so great! Thanks for sharing!!

My first quilt was a sampler. I learned lots by doing all the different squares.You should try one.
Your colors for the baby quilt are well chosen. Keep up the good work. :D

I know you say your points don't match up but either you are a very clever photographer or you're being hard on yourself. I was just looking at your pictures and thinking, "For a beginner her points are amazing!" Especially in your shooting star quilt, where the points look really good. At this rate I don't think you are going to remain a beginner for very long. :wink:
