Default Berenstain Bear quilt!!

I love my new quilt, yes it is for me! lol It is about 53" x 63". I did the back a little different but I like it. I quilted around every small rectangle, that was time consuming.

Also, it is the Double Slice Layer Cake pattern.

Sabrina, applause, your quilt is delightful. Makes me think of when my oldest one (22) was young and I would read the Berenstain Bears stories to home.

I used to love the books thus the reason I had to get the fabric. I bought my DD a book for Easter and I have read it probably 100 times, it is the one about telling the truth.

That is just darling! I love it! I'm not familiar with that pattern but I sure do like it! MO Star Quilts' special today is a Berenstain Bear's jelly roll & your quilt has really got me thinking I may "need" it.

I saw their Daily Deal and almost bought it too but I didn't. I found the pattern on MSCO you tube via someone on this board.

I love your quilt!! I especially like the Berenstein bears and I saved every book I bought and read to my youngest daughter. Uncovered them in a suitcase when cleaning out this spring. Then I went to Paducah for the show and found the Berenstein bears fabric. Bought up a bunch and am planning on making a B.B. baby quilt and packaging it and the books up to give to that same daughter for when she has her own kids. I think her and her hubby are thinking that it may be time to start their family. She will be very surprised to see that I saved all the books for her to read to her own kids someday.

Oh she will love that. My DD kept trying to play on the quilt every time I had to lay it out on the floor

A bear quilt for you, how fun is that? Bright, cheery colors too. Peggy
