Berta sent me this wall hanging and she had already quilted the design down on her background..but she wanted me to do the fill in work and borders...just a simple design as I didn't want to take away from her design.
I hope she likes it!

Wow, that is really cool. It's such a different look. We do love moose up here, too.

That is a great wall-hanging. Brings back fond memories of all the moose we seen in our yard when we lived in Alaska. I miss that here where we are now.

Did you have a pattern for this Berta? If so could you share the name of the pattern with us?

Yes I do.It is called Moose Meadows.I purchased it at
Willow Bend Creations.
This is my first quilt project. The hardest part was cutting out and sewing around all the trees and grasses I didn't do a very good job on that.Looking at it I can see all the mistakes I made. UUUGH!!!

I put the pattern on the Steam a Seam wrong and it is backwards. On the pttaern it is actually supposed to be facing the other direction

Charisma did a FANTASTIC job.She did MUCH better than me.But next time I won't sew it down first.I think it will get quilted all over Not sure as how I will do it yet.I ordered the Eagle one for DH for Christmas but haven't recieved it.

Their patterns are 12.95 plus shipping and inculdes a pillow pattern to match. I also have the Deer pattern on the way!
They are mostly Western and Wildlife. The people live in Alaska.
Check them out!!!
