My friend Betty is making quilts for each for each of her Grandchildren. She has made four log cabins so far. She says the easy ones. The kids are old enough to chose or have favorite colors. The three youngest she will have to guess at the colors and hope they love them

The grandson picked these colors

Love them!! The blue and white log cabin reminds me of butterflies. My quilt class is talking about maybe making a log cabin. or doing a stained glass, or an Irish chain. Most of us are newbies and most are wanting something simpler than the sampler BOM we are about to complete.

When I posted the above, the last two had not come up on my screen. They are all beutiful.

She made some wonderful quilts and I love your quilting. My favorite is the pink quilt.
