Thanks, and it was fun to make. Not a quickie project at all, but it really did not take as much time as one would think.

How neat that you mentioned liking the visual better than the written!
In fact, the directions for this doily, and all the patterns in the Magic Crochet and Decorative Crochet magazines, are in graphic form, not written!
I really like being able to see the structure of the pattern at a glance.

I have done lots of pineapples also. I don't think I have ever seen that one. Very different Love it.
