I like the wider border. It balances with the size of the sashing. I love this quilt.

I agree, the narrower strips are more proportionate and eye appealing. Good looking quilt!

I like the wider stripped one. It seems to highlight the birds more, in my sight. I have looked at this picture for two days now and it still says to me the larger sashing/framing.

I had a vision of you sitting and staring at your computer for two days. Now that's focus! :-) Thanks for your input. I will probably take the smaller one to school because there's less wall space there. My friend will have all kinds of wall space to fill. :-)
