You have some great blocks in this quilt. Do you remember any of the names or where they came from?

I have been so lucky today on the Board. I am in need of 3 quilts for young boys....and was really struggling for pattern / fabric ideas. Yours is the second one that will be a perfect fit. Thank you so much for sharing. Your quilt is beautiful.

JenniePenny, I noticed that the blocks in your quilt are predominately dark to the outside which made white sashing work on all of them. In choosing my blocks, I will be able to do the same. Mariposa, I am wondering if you are going to able to divide out the blocks so that we will be able to use sashing without losing some of the design of the block. Obviously, a block with mostly white on the outside will not stand out with white sashing. So will some of our blocks have to have dark and some lite sashing? Does this make sense.
