I've got this one well under way, but am stuck on what to put in the blocks and around the center medalion. The pattern calls for simple flowers joined by green stems. I'd like to do something a bit more. Was thinking of red maple leaves or a different flower. Anyway - here it is so far.

What I have done so far, still need to add top and bottom panels with applique, sashing and borders.

The center of the quilt will be circled by vines and something red.

The log cabin with red center and a star block that will have a red something in the middle.
