I know people have been asking to see more WIP's.

This one I'm doing for BFF. I've just been collecting black and white fabric and building it as it comes. No fuss, no muss. I've been having a lot of fun customizing it to her tastes.

    - The centerpiece at 36 inches is a scaled up "star within a star" pattern. Of course I had to go one better and put the star within a star within the star. Some of the fabric there has pink stains from a dress she wore when she was pregnant. Her belly knocked over the juice. It's a nice memory for her so no worries there.

    - The fairy block I printed. She loves fairies.
    - The censored block (affectionately known as the "Richard block") was per her request. Dirty girl.
-The NIN block represents her favorite band. Nine inch nails.

I'm planning on getting a picture of her tattoo and putting that on a block. I'm also sending her kids some fabric pens so they can "design" us some fabric.

I'll keep this post updated as it goes along. I really don't know how this is going to end up, but I figure posting it here will light a fire under my behind to get it finished.

    Centerpiece - It's 36 inches

Very pretty! Are you going to be adding some red for a little "punch"?
