Default Blocks #2 and #7 for the class I am taking

The first two blocks I posted were for February. These two are the March blocks, so I am caught up until april, but I may redo blk #7 because some way I used the small and large stitch on one design and the last row and one of the other rows are so much alike I can hardly tell the difference. I have a whole month to decide. There were some question on the previous post so thought I would answer here.

deaneellen - I am working on a Baby Lock embroidery machine but all these stitches are the decorative stitches which are built into my machine. I'm sure you have a lot of them also.

hudgoddess - All the instructor said about the length of decorative stitches was to ALWAYS add at least 1/2 inch and then trim to size AFTER you have done all your stitching and pressing.

Also the Fringe foot was an extra foot that I purchased. Was not too expensive and I think I will use it a lot.

I have wanted to learn bobbinwork for ages and now that the extra bobbin case tension has been set I think I will use this a lot for embellishment. I used decorative serger thread and hand wound it onto the bobbin. For bobbinwork you stitch on the back side.

What a great way to use your machine functions/stitches!
