Default Blue Jean Quilt

This is our latest blue jean quilt.

Notice how the pockets were left on. They're perfect for hiding things or putting away toys for kids.
Happy quilting,

18 years ago I made a jeans quilt for my then 14 year old grandson. He still has that quilt and his 4 children love it as well. It is a bit frayed here and there, but it is soft and heavy and has even been on many a camping trips. I had hidden a couple of dollars in one of the pockets and then we could not find them for awhile...it is a wonderful memory and I know that whoever is going to get this jean quilt is going to love it for a very long, long time.

Very, very cute quilt. I love the way you left the pockets on.

I have stacks and stacks of blue jeans and this gives me incentive to get moving. My big question is how to machine quilt it???

I love your quilt. I have set aside 10 pairs to use in a quilt. Any way you can post more info on how you made this quilt and how it looks on the other side? Is it a rag quilt?
