I went back to look at the previous girls. Sensational. I love #12. Cannot wait to see the setting.

I'm curious about a couple of things. Your faces are all so perfect; are they stitched? Also, your photos are so well done, well framed. How do you manage to get just the square in the photo?

I use a program called Corel Paint Shop Pro x3 to crop the photos..The outline of the faces are stitched. I then use micron pens to draw the faces. They are permanant and acid free. Some of the hair on the girls are stitched besides the outline of the hair. Hope this helps.

Each one is more beautiful. Waiting to see the whole quilt seems like such a long wait. I think most of us are anticipating that it's gonna be breath taking.

Thanks everyone..I just looked and I started the first block on July 6, 2012..So, it's taken me 18 days to complete 20 blocks. I wish I wouldn't have done a boo boo on Evie's block, but I did, so I have to contend with making it over tomorrow.. Then, I will be squaring up my blocks, and then add the sashing...I'm looking forward to sending this one off to be quilted..Happy Sewing.
