What an awesome gift, such a great thing to do for your nephew and continue your MIL's legacy! I don't know if Scotchguard spray will help with not picking up lint or not-but it seems like it would, since it's to help protect from dirt & spills embedding into fabric and staining-it's certainly worth a try. Beautiful quilt!
