Default Bricks & Stones Lapquilt from leftovers

Well I guess I'm on a roll this year as I only finished 1 quilt last year and I'm up to 5 so far this year. I'm so glad I'm back at it. Getting my quilt machine fixed I think is helping me get back into the swing of things too.

Anyway, I made a Bricks & Stones (Quiltville) quilt for a farmer buddy of mine and had way too many sections of fabrics and 4-patches leftover so made a lap quilt for my library. Haven't got the larger quilt quilted yet but its next in line to do so. Here is what I came up with the leftovers. Used grey thread since there were so many colors in the quilt. Think I like grey thread now. Have a solid peach colored backing to match the walls in the library. Just quilted using an E2E pattern and a separate border pattern. All robotics.

Wow beautiful quilting, you did a great job. I saw a video last week on MSQ, Jenny was making this quilt with pre cuts.
Had not seen it on Quiltsville, but I plan to check that out also.

Good job! Love Bonnie Hunter's 'free' scrap quilts. Bricks & Stones is on my 'to do' list, because I have scraps and scraps to use up.

Love the colors. Very similar to MSQC Four Patch frenzy! Love it.
