Wink Building Blocks Quilt Along - Bloque # 1

Hello everyone!
How can they are happening this week? I hope that very well!: Thumbup:
I share a new project. Ms. Leah Day, the Blog The Free Motion quilting (http://freemotionquilting.blogspot.com/) proposed a project for the 2014 called "Building Blocks Quilt Along" (http://freemotionquilting.blogspot.c...blog-page.html) and I began to take part in it.
Today I present my 1st block: "4 Patch Block with Wiggly U Shapes".
I share pictures of the front, two details close and back and two nearby details.
I am very happy with it! I have a lot to improve! I still not coordinate properly the hands with the speed of the machine, knots are formed at each stop, there are double lines instead of simple, the lines are not so straight (but they are difficult with free motion!), there are ties by quickly turning the fabric and the most obvious, different sizes of stitches due to lack of coordination.
But I think it's a great start for a new trip this year! : D
I hope you enjoy and thank you very much for looking!
A hug to everyone and continue to enjoy your week!

Looks great. Did you draw the lines first then FMQ? I think that would be helpful to me!
