Default Busy with charity work

Some of you may remember the center of this quilt when I posted it in February as a wall hanging representing my 4 DGKs. I never finished it since it was just too big for my wall spaces. So when I moved here and joined a weekly quilting group, I donated the top for their charity giving. Everyone was so busy, they gave me some border and backing fabric and asked me to finish it myself. I made it baby size and thank you all for your opinions on square or rectangular earlier. I did a simple SITD and used binding instead of the birthing the ladies usually do. I also made up my own pattern for the quilted bib and used a velcro closure. And lastly, the porch geese got dressed up for Halloween and Thanksgiving.

Your geese should be nice and warm now. I don't think I've ever seen a goose in a sweater before!

Very pretty things you have made. I love the geese outfits, too. I've never seen knitted ones before (or crocheted). Very nice!

Cute quilt and bib! Those have got to be the best dressed geese I've ever seen!

thanks. they are knitted by machine... but quite a lot of hand manipulation.
