There is a small town here in Northern CA (near Clear Lake) that has a Barn Quilt trail. When going to Lakeport to get a Row-x-Row pattern, we went through Kelseyville and had fun looking for Barn quilts. Here are just a few pictures. They have a lot of them in the town and around the outskirts. My hubby had fun searching for them.
