Which came first the chicken or the egg? Well I can not answer that question but I think it is a good title for this quilt. This is my customers quilt and she used egg fabric for the borders and I quilted chickens, chicks and roosters all over it. The back is ivory minkee.
Thank you for taking a look.

I am impressed with your quilting. Did you have a template for the chicken family?

Very cute. And, as far as which came first, according to a higher authority the chicken came first. :-)

Gen 1:21 * And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that [it was] good.

Gen 1:22 * And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.
