I suggest that you do the one you are leaning towards! You will be doing a lot of work on this quilt so I think it should be the one you will enjoy making the most. (and I agree with your choice as well!)

I vote for 1, because it appeals to me the most....has some masculine elements, which I think are good for a wedding quilt.

They are all so beautiful that I don't think you can go wrong with any of them, but I do lean toward #1
