Both of your quilts are gorgeous, the maxi and the mini! I will be starting one for my grandsons wedding in July, his last name is Carpenter so I definitely will be making them a Carpenters Star. Not sure if I will make one big one or if I will make 18 inch blocks, set them on point with plain blocks in between to quilt feathered wreaths in. Depends on how long I procrastinate! Thanks for the inspiration, I really do need to get started!!

The big one is just a flimsy at this point, but will post it again after it's been quilted, as I have some outrageous plans in store!
