Cats aplenty
Ok, I have known this dear lady for over 40 years. Her husband passed 2yrs ago, and her tuxedo cat is 14yrs old. I went to a quilt retreat and started this quilt for her, but put it aside , as usual! lol! I scheduled a visit with her for the summer, staying 2 1/2 months (told you were were good friends, right!) and brought it with me. Finished it last night and gave it to her at her knitting group! I think she likes it! I wanted her to have something just in case that old cat gives up the ghost, and I won't be here to make her feel better when that happens. So I thought I would share. I had to finish this on her very old, very small sewing machine, and I miss my Viking Diamond soooo much. Had to quilt in a 9" throat!

I'm not sure why it was this post was moved, but I think it's a great quilt and the whole idea of it is super. Wish I had a friend that made me a Boston Terrier quilt before my two went over the rainbow bridge
