I am making quilts for the homeless. I am working with the Transitional House, that helps them start over. Some one from this board offered to make the 2 quilts for 5 year old twin girls. She made the same tops and backed one in pink flannel and one in purple flannel. Thank you so much.

How do you contact a place to give quilts to the Homeless?
I think that would be great to do.

This place had articles in the paper. And they had an ad in the classified-- asking for beds. Check with Social services or Salvation Army.

I work in a homeless shelter. People often call us to ask about donating clothing, food, winter coats, books, toys, etc. Just look in the yellow pages for shelters.
