Default Christmas quilt for me

This is made from the jellyroll Holiday Flourish , Robert Kaufman and coordinating fabric that I bought from MSQC this fall, it was the deal of the day. The pattern from book Scrap-Basket Surprises, Bali Sea Star. Had a lot of problems with the thread I used to quilt with, Omni from Superior Threads. I've used it before but it seemed to be very fuzzy and was either fraying or breaking.

You did a nice job on your quilt! Even tho you had issues with your thread the quilting turned out great!

Your Christmas quilt is lovely! So is your quilting despite your thread problems.

Lovely quilt and quilting! I'm glad you are keeping it for yourself. It's nice to keep a few quilts to enjoy.

Very pretty--love the stars and your quilting is yummy. Interesting that you had trouble with the Omni thread--I find that it works on my machine pretty well--it's King Tut that gives me fits!
