Well, I managed to get this UFO done today! But the funny thing was...

While I was watching TV and finishing the binding on this quilt, someone came to the door and asked if she could buy a quilt. So I sold another quilt today! She was one of the people I talked with during the Garage Sale about quilting. She did not buy anything that day, but she blew me away today!

This quilt is called "Holiday Cheer", designed by Gudrun Erla, and on the cover of F&P Love of Quilting Magazine from Nov/Dec 2009. And I probably started in 2009....but it's done now! The magazine called for tons of quilting, but I chose not to make it as stiff as cardboard...it's mostly outlined and is soft and cuddly.

    Thanks for looking.

Pretty. I am like you. I don't like a real tight quilting on my quilts.
