I did 37 Christmas stockings for the soldiers . Only two designs this year.

The other is the denim quilt that I was having so much trouble with the seams :twisted: It is finally finished and will be shipped back to the organization Tuesday, I had one seam rip out in the wash so I have to repair that . The denim quilt will be sent to a military hospital and given to a soldier in either Iraq or Afghanistan. The group supplied everything but the thread and machine. If you are interested it is Operation Quite Comfort . They are always looking for more quilters :wink:

for our service men!! The stockings

Great job. So many quilters do quilts for charity...it's a joy to read about these projects.
You hear so much negative news yet there is so much good news that we never hear about.....most people are very generous with their time and talents.
