Default Christmas Table Runner (marathon runner)

This is the very first quilted thing I made, about 3 years ago. My dining table is 17 feet long, so this is a marathon runner. You can't really see, but on the green fabric portion, I used my embroidery machine and quilted a holly and berry pattern. It's very simple, but I was pretty happy with the fact that it came out straight!

The table runner is beautiful............. I'm sure glad that I don't have to cook for as many people that can fit at that table.

Love it--very elegant on this enormous table. It's kind of fun to picture two people eating, one at each end of the table. You'd have to have a runner to pass the food! Donna

Beautiful table runner. When we have our monthly family birthday party I sure wish I had a dining room table like yours. I have people sitting all over the house.

This would look good on any table (shorter of course). Did you have a pattern? BrendaK
