Default Christmas wallhanging

I picked up this kit in December last year and it has been sitting for a while half done. Trying hard to tidy things up in my sewing room and happy to have this done and ready to hang in December this year. Thanks for looking.

Did you die cut the pieces. Is it machine applique or hand. I have the same pattern but haven't tackled it yet.

This is real pretty. Did you quilt and then applique the pieces on? Did you stitch the pieces down or did you use fusable innerfacing? I really like the fabric.

Quilter 65 and MarLeClair - the pieces were already die cut in the kit. It is machine appliqued - I have an aversion to hand sewing most of the time. The pieces already had fusable interfacing attached so it was a really easy kit to put together. I brought the kit from JJ's Craft shop in Napier, New Zealand when we were down visiting family.
