Default Chunky Churndash Quilt no longer a UFO

I made this top years ago, and it sat folded up in a closet. When I got my longarm I purposed to get it finished, finally. Still took me nearly a year to get to it. But now that it's done, I just love it. I could look at it forever.... What took me so long?

The pattern is "Chunky Churndash" from Quiltville.com.

Love it! Years ago, I participated in Chunky Churndash swap here. It took me a while to get them into a top, and then quilted, but it came out so nice. It's a large lap sized. Some day, I'd love to do another and make a bed sized one. Amazing how the simple hour glass blocks set this off so well. the fabric you used for the hourglass blocks is perfect!

Oh my, that came out great! I love lots of color. If I tried to take a picture on the kitchen floor it would be covered in cats....or cat hair.
