Default Fall bargello table runner that turned into a tablecloth

I had a vision for making a bargello table runner in fall colors. After going through my stash, the fabrics kept mounting. The result was a full tablecloth! I did the quilt as you go method so that I didn't have much quilting to do on it. It needed something, so I started stippling through the color patterns. This tablecloth ended up with a lot of thread in it! I like it much better with the quilting than without, so I'm happy.

The applique pumpkins and apple are covering up seams that didn't get sewn and a hole that I cut through the back of the fabric.

Thanks for looking!

As much as I love your table cloth, I love your honesty more! All the hard work and good intentions have such a good possibility of going awry. I remember messing up the binding on a quilt 4 inches from being done. Was using the seam ripper and it slipped, punched a good sized hole through all 3 layers of the quilt and into my finger. Blood all over the fabric and me. Could have dropped kick the whole thing into the back yard. Had to just walk away for quite a while.

I looked at the pic without reading the entire quote. Thought it made a wonderful bed runner. Love the bargello but not enough nerve to start on
