I LOVE the pink snowflakes! I can see it in a magical piece for a fairy princess! Some little girl will just love it. I am a little girl right now and will have to have some of that when I see it!

The pink would be great for "girly" quilts, I like it!

Lighting changes the sky to all kinds of colours when there is snow in the air. Sometimes it's not fat flakes, but frozen moisture and the sky can be pink then. Not quite that fabric pink, but, well, you get the idea. I think those fabrics are pretty, but I'm partial to snowflakes!

I can deal with all of the colors for the snowflakes...while it might not be common, the pink is a pretty pink...
    I'm just glad there's no yellow snow! ~wink and a grin~

Ya' know... last year there WAS a yellow snow fabric. When I'd ordered it for the shop, I thought it was going to be some shade of ecru. But when I pulled it out of the box and saw it was yellow... well, you can imagine the conversation that began among all of us!

And yet... it was a pretty little snowflake design, and the shade of yellow was a nice, soft addition to the collection it was from.

In the end, the yellow snow was one of the first ones of that group to sell out. So go figure.

I quilt but also scrapbook. In scrap paper last year, there were all kinds of pinks, mauves and burgandys in the christmas lines, sometimes mixed with a limey green or slate blue. I really didn't like it at first, but it soon became my favorite.

there will be someone who wants to make a little girl something and put a snowman applique on top of it and well there you have pink snow. Its ok, I would use some if given to me, would I buy it? no..but its pretty enough to use.

I think there definitely is a relationship between scrapbooking, gift wrap, and fabric, in terms of the designs. So... maybe someone who does scrapbooking can tell us what the color / design trends are for this year... 'cause that's likely what we will be seeing in fabric in 2011.
