These are the overall winners from my guild's show which began yesterday. The first one won for hand applique and hand quilting; the second won overall for machine work and machine quilting.

I put five quilts in the show and three won blue ribbons. The other two won second place and honorable mention. Those are the one with the small squares and the last one.
The scrappy quilt is a top that my grandmother made over 20 years ago. She died in 1992 and we found the top in my mom's house. The blue/yellow is one I made for my parents for their 50th anniversary. Both are passed now, but I had never put the quilt in a show and my guild friends encouraged me to try. Guess it was a good idea!
