Here are a couple of quilts I have finally finished. The B&W is a gift for my MIL for Christmas. The Dresses is a wall hanging, just for me. I put a sleeve on it to hang in my bedroom, and believe it or not, DH was fine with that. I did not do the quilting on either one. Both were quilted by a wonderful gal named Jocelyn at my LQS. The detail on both of them is amazing, but particularly on the Dresses quilt - she copied the dress pattern into the detail on each square. She did that one on her regular machine, free motion style. Amazing, isn't it?

Here's the B&W. This was an incredible challenge to make. the piecing wasn't as hard as I thought, but figuring out color with a B&W is really, really hard!!!!!!!!!

I only saw one quilt and it is darling! How sweet of your husband not to mind the florals in the bedroom. Mine doesn't care either. :D

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Esq those are absolutely gorgeous!! I'm not sure which one I like best. The are so different, but you did an EXCELLENT job. OK, there aren't enough superlatives in caps for me to describe how impressed I am!
