when my youngest granddaughter made her first quilt it was pretty important to her that she do it all herself- so we tipped a dresser on it's side for her to stand on so she could quilt it [ATTACH=CONFIG]326730[/ATTACH]

You should have your granddaughter write about her quilt making experience. Send both the story and picture to Handiquilter.....she might get on their website

well done. I started to sew when I was 8 but nobody taught me to quilt, just think of all those lost years when I could have been quilting
