Craftsy Class Machine Embroidery Inspired Quilt
#13
When you say machine embroidery, you mean a dedicated embroidery machine, right? Wish I had one! The green is not what I'd normally like but love your combination of colors and fabrics. Like the small blocks with the flowers too. Will be eager to see how it all goes together!

I think it is very pretty and will be beautiful when completed. Is it a collection being used? Is it done in the hoop?
Recently I had the opportunity to attend an embroidery event hosted by a nearby Brother dealer and Anita Goodesign. They had lovely quilts and wallhangings on display that had been done in the hoop. Wish I had the ump to get up and make one. I have one of the design packs I bought a couple (or more) years ago that I have never attempted.

You're on the right track there SingerSewer! I have a Brother Innovis 4000D, about 8 years old, and it's a wonderful machine. I've stitched a couple of Anita Goodesign Tapestry Quilts which I haven't posted here yet and in the midst of Audrey's Roses; I had the earliest Singer embroidery machine which I used to put cassettes and discs into for stitch and design variations. I like to embroider when needing a break from patchwork sewing.
