This raggedy quilt was fun to sew as the fringe was already cut and just had to sew and have fun.

Yes this was a kit from Walmart and the fringe was pre cut.

Loretta, we have a quilt shop that you can take your material in and use their cutter and it will cut the fringe for you. They charge by the hour, not much something like $5 or $10 can't remember now.
