Wow, it's beautiful. I love all the colors and the way they all compliment each other. Don't know if I could give it away though, I'd probably wanna keep it! :-)
Beautiful !! Is this called the "COFFEE FILTER" pattern ? I made a quilt like this using coffee filters, it was fun. The Batiks give it a nice look. Rowena101
What a lovely gift! As one who went to school and entered an education career after my last child started school, I know how hard she worked. This is a wonderful tribute.
Your quilt is fabulous--the colors, shapes, fringe, and quilting--everything! If your friend does not love it, take it back and sell it to me! I'll give it a place of honor.
